UK based producer Stego makes his Toast & Jam debut with a pair of tracks that immediately grabbed our attention. Reach Out begins with a gritty bass line out of the first drop, but takes a turn as an arpeggiated synth gets layered into the mix just before the halfway point. Stego then filters off the sawtooth edge from the bass line and introduces an uplifting synth chord for the grand finale, completing the journey from dark to light. Up next, SCAB is a synthy delight as layer upon layer of cozy pads and dancing, diving synths tickle the senses. Warm sunrise vibes make SCAB an ideal chill-out selection.
